Inside
“A Game That Will Disturb You Without Saying a Single Word”
About the game
What's the game?
You play as a boy running through a dark, dystopian world. There is no dialog, no text, no explanation. You just move forward and the world tells you everything through what you see. The tone is bleak, unsettling, and oppressive from start to finish.
Gameplay
What you'll actually do
Its a 2D puzzle platformer. You move left to right, solving environmental puzzles to keep progressing. Puzzles involve physics, timing, and figuring out how to use the environment to your advantage. There are enemies but you only avoid them, you cant fight.
The game is short, around 3-4 hours. Its meant to be played in one sitting if possible.
My take
Why I keep thinking about it
- I got easily immersed in the game just because of the incredible atmosphere.
- Puzzle were frustrating at some parts, but nothing game breaking. These types of games requires trial & error.
Audience
Who's it for?
- If you played Limbo and wanted something even more disturbing - People who appreciate games as art - Those who like short, focused experiences that dont overstay their welcome
